18/0 Stainless-Steel
18/0 Stainless-Steel is composed of 18 % chromium with no added nickel. It offers good corrosion resistance and reliable durability, making it a practical and cost effective solution for high volume service environments.
18/10 Stainless-Steel
18/10 Stainless-Steel contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, staining and rust. The addition of nickel enhances durability and provides a bright, shiny finish, making it ideal for premium table settings. Known for its strength and long term performance, it maintains its appearance well through repeated commercial wash cycles.
420 Stainless-Steel
420 Stainless-Steel is a high carbon martensitic steel commonly used for knife blades. It can be hardened to achieve excellent strength and edge retention, allowing knives to maintain sharpness over time.

Handle Construction
We offer a choice of handle constructions to suit different service, weight and performance requirements. From lightweight Hollow Handle designs to durable Monoblock construction, each option can be selected to achieve the right balance of appearance, comfort and operational efficiency.
Hollow Handle
Hollow Handle Cutlery is formed from two joined Stainless-Steel shells, reducing weight while maintaining the appearance and balance of a solid design. It offers a premium feel, improved handling and valuable weight savings, while remaining suitable for repeated commercial washing and onboard service.
Monoblock
Monoblock Cutlery is manufactured from a single piece of Stainless Steel, providing excellent strength, durability and consistency. Its solid construction makes it well suited to high-use commercial environments, while offering a clean, refined appearance and reliable performance throughout its service life.

Mirror Finish:
A premium, polished surface that enhances presentation and adds a refined sense of quality to the onboard dining experience.
Satin Finish:
A soft, semi-matte alternative to mirror polish, offering a modern, understated aesthetic while maintaining a premium feel.
Tumbled Finish:
A more cost-effective option, providing a clean, durable surface that retains a refined appearance suitable for frequent use.
PVD Finish:
A high-performance coated finish offering enhanced durability and scratch resistance, with the option to introduce subtle colour tones for a distinctive, premium appearance. Colours offered include Gold, Champagne Gold, Rose Gold, Matte Black, Gunmetal Grey, Copper, Rainbow, and Bronze.
Incorprating texture for depth and elegance
We can create bespoke handle patterns to add a distinctive design element to Cutleries, tailored to your airline and cabin aesthetic. Techniques such as hammered textures, linear knurling, micro engraving and custom motifs can be applied to achieve either a subtle refined finish or a more expressive visual statement.
All designs are engineered for comfort, durability and ease of maintenance, with prototypes available to refine scale and finish prior to production.
Incorporate your Logo
Etching
A chemical etching process selectively removes material to form a permanent logo, resulting in a refined, understated mark with a smooth finish.
Embossing
Logo is pressed into the metal, creating a raised or recessed design.
Stamping
The logo is mechanically pressed into the metal using a formed die, creating a subtle recessed or raised mark that is highly durable and maintains a clean, tactile finish.
Laser Engraving
A focused laser beam precisely removes surface material to engrave the logo into the cutlery, delivering consistent detail and a modern, high-quality appearance.

Our Ultralight Stainless-Steel Cutlery range is designed to optimise weight efficiency without compromising passenger experience, featuring clean, contemporary profiles and balanced proportions that maintain an elegant presentation while reducing overall weight.
The range can be complemented with coordinated Salt and Pepper Sachets, Sugar Sachets, and Wooden Stirrers to create a complete service solution.
Thickness Options
- 0.5 mm – Suitable for single use applications where minimal weight and reduced material usage are key priorities.
- 1 mm – Designed for repeated use, offering greater strength and durability for compatibility with commercial washing cycles.
Chopsticks
Our Stainless-Steel Chopsticks collection is designed for Business and First Class service, offering a refined and durable alternative to traditional disposable options. Available in a range of round, flat and hollow-handle designs, each style can be selected or developed to complement your airline’s cabin identity and dining presentation.
Manufactured for repeated commercial use, our Chopsticks combine premium aesthetics with the durability required for onboard service. Bespoke options include custom sizing, proportions and finishes, together with branding techniques such as printed logos, laser etching and other decorative detailing to create a distinctive product tailored to your airline.
To complete the presentation, we can also supply high-quality fabric pouches or custom-printed paper sleeves, providing a practical and premium way to enclose each pair. Packaging can be coordinated with your branding, colour palette and service concept to create a fully considered Business or First Class dining experience.
