Need help deciding?

Our team can advise on the most suitable material based on your operational, service and presentation requirements.

Designed Around Your Operational Needs

Every airline has different tableware requirements. We understand the importance of selecting the right dimensions, proportions and wall thickness to achieve the ideal balance between presentation, durability, weight and operational performance.

Our tableware design experience allows us to develop each collection so that its visual appearance and technical construction work together. From the overall form to the smallest dimensional detail, every component can be engineered around your specific service requirements.

Wall Thickness

A thicker wall can provide the substantial, luxurious feel associated with premium hospitality ceramics. However, additional thickness can also increase weight, storage requirements and handling demands.

Our team can advise on the most appropriate wall thickness for each item, helping to balance premium presentation with strength, weight, capacity and everyday onboard practicality.

Sizing and Stacking

Each tableware set can be scaled to fit specific meal trays, service equipment, storage areas or predefined compartments. We can also refine the dimensions and profiles of individual pieces to ensure they work together as a coordinated collection.

Stacking performance is considered throughout the design process, helping to improve storage efficiency, handling and the smooth operation of onboard service.

Choose your Finish

Our tableware can be developed in a wide range of colours, glazes, textures and decorative finishes to complement your cabin interior, brand identity and service style.

From clean solid colours and soft matte finishes to high-gloss surfaces, speckled effects and reactive glazes, each collection can be given its own distinctive character. We can also incorporate moulded textures, embossed details, coloured rims, decals and bespoke branding.

Reactive glazes create natural variations in tone and pattern, giving every piece a more handcrafted and premium appearance. Colours can be matched to Pantone references, brand guidelines or physical samples to create a coordinated onboard collection.

Patterns and Textures

Moulded patterns can be integrated directly into the walls and surfaces of tableware, adding visual detail and a distinctive tactile finish without relying solely on printed decoration.

Patterns can be developed to suit a wide range of design directions, from subtle and understated to bold and expressive. The scale, depth, placement and repetition can be carefully refined to complement the form of each piece while considering durability, stackability, handling and ease of cleaning.

Bespoke textures can also be inspired by brand elements, interior styling or a wider service concept, helping to create a coordinated tableware collection with its own recognisable character.

Incorporate your Logo

Client logos can be incorporated across the tableware collection using either a subtle debossed mark or a printed ink logo. Branding can be positioned discreetly on the base of each piece, or placed in a more visible location where required.

Logo size, colour and placement can be tailored to suit the shape of the tableware and the wider brand identity, creating a consistent and recognisable finish across the complete set.

EXPERT CRAFTMANSHIP

Designed for Inflight Service

We can create Tableware that combines a refined, premium appearance with the durability and practicality required for inflight operations.

The opportunities for shape, size, colour, glaze, texture and finish are virtually limitless. Every element can be developed around your service style, tray dimensions, storage requirements and brand identity.

Our design team can help create a cohesive collection in which every piece works together visually and operationally, delivering a distinctive tableware set tailored to your exact requirements.

BONE-CHINA

Engineered for sustainable dining

We can craft bespoke tableware collections in fine Bone China, combining refined aesthetics with the durability required for premium hospitality and inflight service. Its naturally warm white tone, subtle translucency and smooth, luminous finish give each piece an elegant and sophisticated appearance, while allowing extensive flexibility in shape, proportion, decoration and branding.

Bone China is valued for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, enabling tableware to be produced with thinner, lighter walls without compromising performance. This can reduce material use and onboard weight while supporting easier handling, storage and service. Its durability and resistance to chipping can also extend product life, reducing the frequency of replacement and supporting a more considered, long-term approach to tableware procurement.

The material offers strong opportunities for innovation through bespoke forms, embossed surface patterns, reactive glazes, coloured finishes, metallic detailing and integrated client branding. The result is a premium tableware collection that delivers the elegance of high-end hospitality while remaining practical, distinctive and suitable for demanding operational environments.

ECONOMY CLASS

Economical and sustainable dining solutions

We can develop coordinated Economy Class tableware sets in ABS and melamine, creating lightweight, durable and reusable alternatives to single-use serviceware. Both materials provide extensive flexibility in colour, shape, texture and branding, allowing each collection to reflect the airline’s identity while remaining practical for high-volume onboard operations.

Their strong, impact-resistant construction helps reduce breakages during handling, transport and service. The lightweight design can also support lower onboard weight, more efficient storage and easier handling for cabin crew. Unlike disposable alternatives, these products can be washed and reused across many service cycles, helping to reduce the volume of single-use waste generated by each flight.

The result is a cost-effective and visually consistent tableware solution that combines the convenience required for Economy Class with a more considered approach to durability, reuse and waste reduction.
